This page lists the cookies and similar storage CritixFit uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them. It applies to critix.fit and app.critix.fit.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website saves on your device. Similar tools, such as local storage in your browser, do the same job. Some are needed for the site to work. Others remember your choices or help us see how the service is used.

Categories and consent

  • Essential: needed to sign in, stay secure and remember your cookie choice. The service does not work without them, so they do not need your consent.
  • Functional: remember your language, units and theme so you do not have to set them again.
  • Analytics: help us understand which parts of the service are used and where it breaks. On the web we record page views and clicks only, with all text hidden, and on health screens session recordings hide all text, charts and maps. In the EU and UK, analytics runs only if you accept.
  • Marketing: we use no marketing cookies, and we do not show ads.

In the EU and UK we show a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set. "Reject all" keeps only essential cookies and turns analytics off.

Do Not Track

We honour your browser's Do Not Track signal, treating it as "Reject all".

Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time in Settings, under Privacy, then Cookie preferences. Changes take effect immediately, and existing cookies in categories you switch off are cleared. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in.

Third parties

The analytics provider and the companies that host the service are listed on the sub-processors page. Embedded content such as maps may contact the provider that serves it when it loads, and that provider may see your IP address.

Changes and questions

If we add or change a cookie, we update this page. Questions: [email protected]. See also the Privacy Policy.
